SPORTING INVOLVEMENT:

 

Townsville Podiatry Centre has a strong history of sporting involvement. We are the official podiatry centre for the NQ Fury FC, the Townsville Crocodiles and the Townsville Fire!  

 

Podiatrist Jayne Arlett has worked in the USA with many sporting teams including the Chicago Bulls (basketball), Bears (football) and White Sox (baseball) - Americas 'big 3' professional teams. She was Queenslands only Olympic Podiatrist for the Sydney 2000 games and worked with Australian athletes prior to the Atlanta Olympic Games also. We do of course see many social athletes as well, and pride ourselves on having an excellent understanding of athletes' needs and appropriate treatments.
